Conduct site surveys to obtain information related to sites and requirements.
Prepare HVAC load calculations to include fresh air, exhaust air, and conditioned air for supporting facilities.
Design air conditioning, fresh air, and ventilation/exhaust systems.
Design exhaust and make-up air systems.
Design dedicated stand-alone cooling systems for data/communications rooms.
Prepare specifications in AIA book format.
Develop means for environment-friendly and energy-efficient cooling systems to maximize the thermal efficiency of building envelopes and interaction of lighting and occupancy control systems.
Participate in the commissioning of mechanical systems (commissioning by others).
Provide CAD services to generate Mechanical contract documents.
