- Prepare electrical load calculations.
- Design and coordinate the power distribution.
- Design power/receptacle branch circuitry and switching schemes for lighting systems.
- Provide specifications in AIA book format.
- Design grounding and lightning protection systems.
- Design back-up generators, ATS's, PDU’s, UPS's, and transformers.
- Participate in the commissioning of power distribution systems (commissioning by others).
- Design exterior lighting in parking, vehicle, and pedestrian areas.
- Design central UPS system for IT/data systems.
- Design closed circuit surveillance systems (CCTV).
- Design access control systems.
- Provide CAD services to generate electrical contract documents.
